Ray Casillas, the Rep Principal, has been in the low-voltage integration business for over 30 years, but has been working in the electronics industry for even longer, starting as a missile technician in the United States Army. Through the years, Ray has developed long-lasting relationships with both distributors and dealers, earning their respect for both his knowledge, problem solving skills and accessibility. Ray enjoys doing product training, demonstrations, project engineering and consulting, making him an integral part of any team.
Robin Casillas served in the U.S. Army Signal Corp working in a telecommunication center. She has many years experience in administrative work, including writing workflow management and training material for a previous employer as they transitioned to new enterprise-wide software. Robin joined RMC Sales in August of 2010 and is the office manager who does the behind-the-scenes necessities, such as communication to distributors and dealers, order processing, pricing requests, inventory queries, travel arrangements, and appointment scheduling.
Eric Casillas jumped into this industry after serving in the U.S. Marine Corps and has never looked back. Eric has worked on “both sides” of the distribution counter, as an integrator and technical sales for two large distributors, Anixter and Graybar. In the distribution channel, Eric was responsible for assisting integrators with security and comm-data systems designs. Joining RMC, Eric has brought a wealth of experience on all sides of the business.
